Been using this post office for the past 5 years. Maybe one/two "ehh" experiences. One was getting someone to answer the phone. The other was one time came in at 528 window was closed. Dependant on who it is when the clock strikes 530 window is shut down. Yet there's been times when someone will say we're closed but say ok and take you. Fact is it's hard to get a live person on the phone pretty much anywhere and can't blame them for closing when they're supposed too. I appreciate them for working the extra minutes especially when I'm fighting traffic to get there. None the less, 99% of the time I've had great experiences at this post office. Friendly staff especially the gentleman who's always there. He's very helpful and let's you know best options. If he can't help he calls for someone else. This location is always clean and well supplied. Would recommend to anyone. Many other locations do not have as friendly and helpful staff. Great work everyone.

It surprises me to see so many negative reviews for our local post office as I've always been offered the utmost from our local team. Lu, Rich & the wonderful ladies that hold down the fort have always been patient courteous and helpful to myself and everyone I see them tend to. I give them 5 stars which I feel is well deserved.

After visiting the post office in downtown boca multiple times in attempt to get my passport, I finally decided to try this location. Unfortunately, I forget the woman’s name who helped me but she was a life saver and turned this awful process into something quick and enjoyable!! I had been turned away 3 times from the downtown location and even waited three hours to be very rudely turned away another time. Here, it was a 10 minute wait max, and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely return and recommend to friends!

Krystal saved the day!! I lost my tracking number & she took ten minutes out of her day to help me look up my purchase I had made to find my tracking number & provide info on it’s whereabouts. Thank you so much! Super duper friendly.
